WHY SHOULD I OUTSOURCE CAPACITIES TO KOSOVO?
The average age in Kosovo is two thirds under 30 years. Due to historical events and the long-term funding from the Federal Republic of Germany, we have young and motivated employees who speak very good German with a high level of education. Based on our experience with agencies in Germany, this is often not the case there. The wage costs should also play a role for German-speaking companies to get in touch with us.
